This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Draxinom ("we," "us," or "our") processes refund requests for seminars and educational services available through draxinom.biz. By purchasing access to any of our services, you agree to the terms described below.
1. General Principles
We are committed to delivering high-quality educational experiences. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we encourage you to contact our support team so we can work toward a resolution. Refund eligibility depends on the type of service purchased, the timing of the request, and whether access to the content has been used.
2. Eligible Purchases
Refund requests may be considered for the following types of purchases:
- Single seminar registrations
- Subscription plans (monthly or annual)
- Bundled course or program access
- One-time access passes
Promotional purchases, discounted bundles, and complimentary access granted outside of standard pricing are not eligible for refunds unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.
3. Refund Timeframes
3.1 Standard Refund Window
Refund requests submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date are eligible for review, provided the conditions in Section 4 are met. Requests submitted after this period will not be considered except in cases of documented technical failure attributable to our platform.
3.2 Seminar-Specific Refunds
For live seminars and scheduled sessions, the following timeframes apply:

3.3 Subscription Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle has begun. Annual subscription purchases may be refunded on a prorated basis if the request is submitted within 30 calendar days of the billing date and fewer than two sessions or content modules have been accessed.
4. Conditions for Refund Approval
To be considered for a refund, the following conditions must be satisfied:
- The request is submitted within the applicable timeframe described above
- No more than 20% of the purchased content or session duration has been accessed or attended
- The request is accompanied by a clear explanation of the reason
- The purchase was made directly through draxinom.biz and not through a third-party platform
We reserve the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions or that appear to reflect patterns of misuse.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Downloadable materials, certificates, or supplementary resources that have been accessed or downloaded
- Sessions or content fully consumed prior to the refund request
- Purchases made more than 14 days prior to the request date (outside special circumstances)
- Processing fees, transaction charges, or fees collected by third-party payment providers
- Purchases explicitly marked as non-refundable at the time of checkout
6. Technical Issues and Platform Failures
If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a session or service you have paid for, and the issue is determined to be caused by our platform, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund regardless of the standard timeframe. To initiate such a request, you must:
- Contact our support team within 48 hours of the scheduled session or access attempt
- Provide a description of the issue and any relevant screenshots or error details
We will investigate and respond within 5 business days. Compensation for verified technical failures may include a full refund, session credit, or rescheduled access, at our discretion.

Please include your full name, the email address used at purchase, the order or transaction reference number, and a brief description of your request. Incomplete submissions may delay processing.
8. Processing and Timeline
Once a refund request is received and verified as eligible, we will process the refund within 7 to 10 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the funds to appear in your account. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
9. Chargebacks and Disputes
We ask that you contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card provider. In most cases, we can resolve concerns more quickly through direct communication. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the suspension of your account access while the dispute is under review.
